Board meetings are usually held on the third Thursday of every month around 6:30 p.m. at a central location.  Check this page for confirmation of board meeting times and locations; times and locations are subject to change.  This schedule also displays other dates important to the Chorale board.
  • Thursday, August 21, at 6:30 p.m.
    Board meeting held at the main branch of the Leon County Public Library, 200 W. Park Avenue.  The meeting will be in the Henderson meeting room on the second floor.
  • Tuesday, September 16, at 7:00 p.m.
    Ad sales for the 2008-2009 Concert Program begin at rehearsal.
  • Thursday, September 18, at 6:30 p.m.
    Board meeting held at the main branch of the Leon County Public Library, 200 W. Park Avenue.  The meeting will be in the Henderson meeting room on the second floor.
  • Tuesday, October 7, at 7:00 p.m.
    The Pecan Sale Fundraiser for Fall 2008 begins at rehearsal.
  • Thursday, October 16, at 6:30 p.m.
    Board meeting held at the main branch of the Leon County Public Library, 200 W. Park Avenue.  The meeting will be in the Henderson meeting room on the second floor.
  • Tuesday, October 28, at 7:00 p.m.
    Deadline for Program Ad sales.
  • Tuesday, November 4, at 7:00 p.m.
    All pecan orders, including full payment, must be turned in by all Chorale members, by the end of this rehearsal.
  • Friday, November 7.
    All Chorale pecan orders will be submitted to Priester's by this date.
  • Tuesday, November 18, at 7:00 p.m.
    The Fall Concert posters will be distributed to the Chorale members during this rehearsal.  Members will be encouraged to post these and hand out to friends.
  • Thursday, November 20, at 6:30 p.m.
    Board meeting held at the main branch of the Leon County Public Library, 200 W. Park Avenue.  The meeting will be in the Henderson meeting room on the second floor.
  • Tuesday, November 25, at 7:00 p.m.
    The pecan orders from Priester's will be distributed to the Chorale members at the beginning or end of rehearsal.  Chorale members will be responsible for distributing orders to their buyers and collecting money.
  • Wednesday, November 26.
    Postcards announcing the Fall 2008 Concert must be printed, (some distributed to Chorale members) and mailed out by this date.
  • Thursday, December 18, at 6:30 p.m.
    Board meeting held at the main branch of the Leon County Public Library, 200 W. Park Avenue.  The meeting will be in the Henderson meeting room on the second floor.
